Advancing human resources and developing science and technology in soil and land uses for the welfare of the society
Purposes:
To nurture land management experts who understand fundamental concepts of soil and land sciences, and able to identify, to analyze, to explain, to predict and to formulate ways to solve problems related to soil and land uses; and
To discover, develop, apply and disseminate soil science along with technologies and management of land resources for the welfare of the society
