Mandate of the Division:
The development of soil chemistry and fertility sciences, as well as plant nutrition, through research, teaching, and its application in land resource utilization and management.
Scope:
All activities related to the development of soil chemistry and fertility sciences, as well as plant nutrition; the application of soil chemistry and fertility sciences in land resource utilization and management; evaluation of nutrient status, development of fertilizer technology and fertilization recommendations, as well as efforts in land reclamation and rehabilitation, and remediation of contaminated soil.
